Position : Cluster Reservation Agent
1.Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field such as hotel management or tourism will be given special consideration.
2.Experience: Have at least 1 year of work experience, especially in work related to sales or services.
3.Language skills: Able to communicate well in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4.Computer skills: Proficient in using computers and experience using reservation-related programs such as Smart Finder will be given special consideration.
5.Service Minded - Have a positive attitude and be quick-witted in solving immediate problems.
6.Able to work well under pressure
7.Able to work overtime or on public holidays
