Job Detail

1. Male/Female, **age 23 or above**.
2. diploma or higher (preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields).
3. **Previous experience** in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage.
4. Good command of **spoken and written English**; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
5. Familiar with **hotel systems (PMS)** such as Smart Finder, Opera, Fidelio, etc., and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
6. Strong interpersonal skills, polite, service-minded, and problem-solving ability.
7. Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
8. Good grooming and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, especially during nighttime hours.
2. Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and security.
4. Answer phone calls and coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, engineering, or security.
5. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
