Position : Learning Executive
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or employee engagement roles.
3. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Thai and English).
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing training programs for staff at all levels.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and employee development.
- Support the Learning Manager in implementing learning strategies aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
