Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Wellness, Spa Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in spa or wellness operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Comprehensive understanding of wellness programming, spa treatments, holistic therapies, and guest journey design within a luxury or boutique resort environment

Proven experience in daily operations management, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and revenue generation for wellness or spa facilities

Ability to design, implement, and continuously refine wellness concepts, classes, and treatment menus in alignment with brand positioning and guest expectations

Experience in recruiting, training, and developing therapists/instructors, with a focus on service standards, safety, hygiene, and professional conduct

Strong guest-focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to manage feedback, resolve service issues, and build guest loyalty

Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Rooms, F&B, Experiences, and Marketing to create integrated wellness offerings

Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written

Competent in MS Office and relevant spa or booking systems, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
