Position : GSA Supervisor

Job Detail
Good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong knowledge of front desk systems (Opera or similar PMS) and hotel operations.

Ability to supervise night shift operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, cash handling, and guest services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night operations.

High level of responsibility, integrity, and reliability, especially in cash and report handling.

Flexible and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge of emergency and security procedures is an advantage.
