Position : System Administrator (Project-based – CRM)

Job Detail

System Administrator (Contract-based, Project-based – CRM)
Duration: _3 months

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Bitrix24 CRM according to business requirements.
Create and manage Pipelines, Stages, Fields, Roles, and Permissions.
Maintain basic CRM settings such as Email Integration, Telephony, Forms, and Product Catalog.
Collaborate with Developers and API Specialists to test workflows and data processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
Verify system functionality and data accuracy after configuration and updates.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of ERP/CRM system structure and workflows.
Experience in CRM configuration and customization (Bitrix24 preferred).
Good understanding of CRM logic, including user roles and access permissions.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to solve problems efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
