TOU Sales Manager

Royal Phuket City Hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven TOU Sales Manager to develop and grow our travel trade business. The role is responsible for driving room revenue from Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Wholesalers, DMCs and Leisure Group accounts through account management, contracting and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage TOU / travel trade accounts
• Drive room night and revenue production
• Negotiate rates, contracts, allotment and related commercial terms
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and market visits
• Monitor account performance and provide action plans for growth
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservation and Operations teams

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in hotel sales with TOU / leisure / travel trade exposure
• Strong negotiation and account management skills
• Good command of English
• Existing travel trade network preferred
• Proactive, organized and target-driven
