Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Staff member to ensure that all villa facilities, equipment, and systems are well maintained and functioning properly. This role supports the Villa Manager and other villa staff in keeping the property safe, efficient, and in top condition for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of villa facilities, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and lighting systems.

• Ensure all tools and maintenance materials are properly organized and stored.

Qualifications & Skills:
คุณสมบัติและทักษะ:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work (villa or hotel experience preferred).

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and air-conditioning maintenance.

• Thai nationality preferred or must be legally eligible to work in Thailand.

• Must own a motorbike and hold a valid driving license (for daily commuting and supply runs).
