Position : Chef De Cuisine
-Plan, design, and develop menus, including recipes and food presentation
-Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and plating standards
-Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards within the kitchen
-Control food costs, manage ingredient inventory, reduce waste, and oversee purchasing needs
-Lead and manage the kitchen team, including task allocation, scheduling, and performance discipline
-Train, coach, upskill, and evaluate kitchen staff regularly
-Coordinate with related departments such as F&B, Service, Purchasing, Cost Control, Events, and Marketing
-Ensure high-quality food service for special events, banquets, VIP guests, and promotional activities
-Oversee kitchen equipment usage, ensure proper maintenance, and report repair needs
