QUALIFICATION

Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements.

Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control management.

Cash flow management and bank reconciliation.

Month-end and year-end closing processes.

Familiarity with hotel accounting systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sun Systems, SAP, Fidelio, or Oracle Hospitality).

Revenue and expense tracking across rooms, F&B, spa, and other outlets.

Costing and inventory control specific to hospitality operations.

Conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits.

Ensuring compliance with local tax laws, VAT, and corporate reporting standards.

Monitoring financial procedures to ensure transparency and prevent fraud.

Supervising accounting staff and providing financial guidance to management.

Coordinating with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Purchasing, HR) to ensure financial discipline.

Training and developing finance team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret financial data for decision-making and performance improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong presentation skills for management meetings.
