Job Detail

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Monitor the aging report, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Review and verify all revenue transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare monthly AR and revenue-related reports, including reconciliations and revenue summaries.
- Ensure proper documentation and retention of financial records for audit purposes.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities and other ad-hoc financial tasks.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, hotel policies, and internal controls.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Income Audit; hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PMS, POS, and accounting software (e.g., Opera, SUN/FIS, or similar systems).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
