The Role:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and management of all HR functions during the school’s start-up and operational phases.
This includes recruitment, policy design, contract administration, staff development, and compliance with Thai labor law and international school standards.
The successful candidate will ensure that HR systems promote fairness, transparency, and professionalism, supporting both Thai and expatriate staff. This role is critical in shaping the school’s organizational culture, operational efficiency, and staff wellbeing, in line with Glenalmond Phuket’s values and its affiliation with Glenalmond College (Scotland).

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll systems, social security, and personal income tax.
- Proven experience in recruitment, contract management, and staff performance systems.
- Experience in HR Management in international schools or multinational organizations.
