Position : Chef De Partir Butcher
- Thai nationality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Butcher, Meat Cutter, or in a related meat preparation position is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in safely and efficiently using knives and specialized meat-cutting equipment.
- Basic knowledge of different types of meat, various primal and sub-primal cuts, and quality standards.
