Position: Personal Assistant to Managing Director (PA to MD)
Role Summary

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the MD’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and action items from meetings
- Support business operations, special projects, and ad-hoc assignments as directed
- Organize documents, contracts, and records in an orderly and accessible manner
- Assist in coordinating with department heads to ensure timely execution of tasks

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages an advantage)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
