Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all room reservations, inquiries, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure accurate room allocation and guest preferences.
- Manage online and direct booking systems, ensuring availability and rates are updated.
- Support the Reservations & E-Commerce Manager in monitoring daily pickup reports and occupancy forecasts.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking information in the PMS system.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests and partners via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Follow up on special requests, group reservations, and long-stay arrangements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations or front office (hotel experience preferred).
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiar with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera systems).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Service-minded, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
