Position : Chef De Partie

Job Detail

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment

Proven experience managing a specific kitchen section (e.g., sauté, grill, pastry, garde manger)

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards

Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to supervise and train commis chefs or kitchen assistants

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as required
