Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations for our portfolio of luxury villas and condominiums in the Bang Tao area. This role combines hands-on housekeeping with team leadership, quality control, scheduling, and laundry coordination. You will ensure all properties meet premium cleanliness standards for guest arrivals and owner stays while managing staff, supplies, and workflows from our Bang Tao operations base.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead housekeeping teams across villas and condominiums
Inspect properties before and after guest stays to ensure high standards
Organise cleaning schedules based on arrivals, departures, and deep cleans
Manage in-house and outsourced laundry operations
Train new housekeeping staff and monitor performance
Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Coordinate with guest services and maintenance teams
Report issues, damages, or shortages to management
Requirements
Experience in housekeeping, ideally in villas, hotels, or serviced apartments
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Ability to manage staff schedules and daily workloads
Basic English communication skills (Thai required)
Physically fit and willing to work hands-on when needed
Based in Phuket or able to relocate to Bang Tao
