Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Services & Reservations Officer to manage all guest communications before, during, and after their stay. This role is responsible for handling enquiries, bookings, check-in and check-out communication, upselling additional services, and coordinating with our operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
You will be a main point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring high satisfaction and repeat bookings. The role is based in Kamala and Bang Tao, Phuket.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to guest enquiries by email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations
Send check-in and check-out instructions to guests
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
Meet and greet guests, and conduct some check ins
Upsell additional services such as transfers, housekeeping, and tours
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and admin teams
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
Experience in guest services, reservations, or hospitality
Strong communication skills in English (Thai preferred)
Confident using email, messaging apps, and booking systems
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude
Based in Phuket, ideally in Kamala, Bang Tao, Cherngtalay area
