Key Focus Areas

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Implement effective sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Support revenue growth for premium real estate projects

Client & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Expand and engage the agent network

Deal Negotiation & Closing

• Conduct negotiations with clients
• Prepare offers and close deals
• Ensure a premium-service experience throughout the sales cycle

CRM & Sales Operations

• Use CRM tools to manage leads and maintain accurate records
• Track performance indicators and provide updates when required


We expect you to have

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Strong understanding of sales performance and funnel metrics
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Experience in real estate — a strong advantage
• Living in Phuket — a plus


Language Requirements

We are specifically looking for a candidate who fits the following profile:
• Native Chinese speaker
• English — B2+
• Additional languages will be an advantage (Thai, French, German — optional)
