General Qualifications ;
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in purchasing; supervisory experience will be an advantage
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle will be an advantage

Skills and Abilities ;
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor selection, and supplier evaluation
- Excellent negotiation skills in pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions
- Ability to plan, control budgets, and manage costs effectively
- Competent in preparing purchasing documents such as PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), and related reports accurately
- Strong analytical skills for price comparison and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in using the Comanche system
- Good communication and coordination skills with both internal departments and external suppliers
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
