หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ | Duties & Responsibilities

1. ต้อนรับลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
Greet guests warmly and professionally.

2. ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับทรีตเมนต์ โปรโมชั่น และแพ็กเกจสปาแก่ลูกค้า
Provide information about treatments, promotions, and spa packages.

3. รับจองคิว บริหารจัดการตารางนัดหมาย และยืนยันการจอง
Handle reservations, manage appointment schedules, and confirm bookings.

4. รับชำระเงิน ออกใบเสร็จ และจัดทำรายงานรายวัน
Process payments, issue receipts, and prepare daily reports.

5. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยบริเวณหน้าร้านและพื้นที่ต้อนรับ
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and spa area.

6. ปฏิบัติการนวดและทรีตเมนต์ตามมาตรฐานของสปา
Perform massage and spa treatments according to spa standards.

7. เตรียมห้องทรีตเมนต์ อุปกรณ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products for service.

8. รักษามาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัย ความสะอาด และความปลอดภัย
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.

9. รับฟังและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.

10. สนับสนุนงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications

1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. มีใบประกาศนียบัตรด้านการนวดหรือทรีตเมนต์สปา (หากมีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
Certification in massage or spa therapy (preferred).

3. มีประสบการณ์งานสปาหรือโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ถ้ามี)
At least 1 year of experience in spa or hotel industry (preferred).

4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
Good command of English communication.

5. มีบุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส และรักงานบริการ
Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude.

6. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานวันหยุดได้
Able to work in shifts and on public holidays.

7. มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
Responsible, honest, and able to work well in a team.
