Vikasa is proud to announce the opening of our new private island retreat in Phuket, scheduled for mid-2026. Building on our growth since launching in Koh Samui in 2011, this second location set on a secluded island near Rawai marks an exciting new chapter for our brand.
Renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, Phuket offers a unique blend of dynamic energy and serene natural beauty. Our new retreat will focus on immersive wellness programs and transformational guest experiences in a truly exceptional setting.

Position : Front Office Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of Front Office management experience.
- Experience in resort, boutique, or remote location operations is an advantage.
- Strong operational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in a Wellness Resort is an advantage.
