Vikasa is proud to announce the opening of our new private island retreat in Phuket, scheduled for mid-2026. Building on our growth since launching in Koh Samui in 2011, this second location set on a secluded island near Rawai marks an exciting new chapter for our brand.
Renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, Phuket offers a unique blend of dynamic energy and serene natural beauty. Our new retreat will focus on immersive wellness programs and transformational guest experiences in a truly exceptional setting.

Position : Reservations & E-Commerce Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in reservations, distribution, or revenue-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, channel managers, and booking engines.
- Experience in boutique, resort, or lifestyle hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online distribution and conversion optimization.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in a Wellness Resort is an advantage.
