Vikasa is proud to announce the opening of our new private island retreat in Phuket, scheduled for mid-2026. Building on our growth since launching in Koh Samui in 2011, this second location set on a secluded island near Rawai marks an exciting new chapter for our brand.
Renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, Phuket offers a unique blend of dynamic energy and serene natural beauty. Our new retreat will focus on immersive wellness programs and transformational guest experiences in a truly exceptional setting.

Position : Chief Engineer
- Minimum 8–10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role (Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer)
- Experience in resort, hotel, or remote/island operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) standards
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and technical operations
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
- Only Thai citizens are eligible to apply.
