Vikasa is proud to announce the opening of our new private island retreat in Phuket, scheduled for mid-2026. Building on our growth since launching in Koh Samui in 2011, this second location set on a secluded island near Rawai marks an exciting new chapter for our brand.
Renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, Phuket offers a unique blend of dynamic energy and serene natural beauty. Our new retreat will focus on immersive wellness programs and transformational guest experiences in a truly exceptional setting.

Position : Food & Beverage Manager
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in F&B operations, including leadership roles.
- Experience in resort or boutique hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of service operations, cost control, and team management.
- Familiarity with wellness-oriented or lifestyle dining concepts is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
- Only Thai citizens are eligible to apply.
