KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic Operations
• Manage daily clinic operations: scheduling, patient flow, treatment room utilization, inventory, and service standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all clinical services, treatment protocols, and patient safety frameworks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Thai Ministry of Public Health requirements, clinic licensing, and data privacy (PDPA).
• Manage relationships with visiting physicians, consulting specialists, and external diagnostic partners.
Wellness Integration
• Serve as the clinic’s primary liaison with Stay Fit, LeSpa, and Stay Green to integrate clinical services into holistic guest programs.
• Work closely with Wellness Advisors and PTs/Wellness Coaches to ensure clinical assessments and medical recommendations flow into personalized guest wellness programs.
• Participate in guest case conferences alongside Wellness Advisors and PTs/ Wellness Coaches to align cross-pillar program design.
• Contribute to the design of signature wellness packages (detox, weight management, longevity, stress recovery, etc.) in collaboration with the Medical & Wellness Director.
Team Leadership & Financial Performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Stay Well team; define performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Build a culture of cross-functional awareness — ensuring every team member understands how their work connects to the broader wellness guest journey.
• Manage the Stay Well operating budget and deliver on revenue and cost targets; track KPIs including treatment utilization, revenue per guest, and package uptake.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree or diploma in Nursing, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Wellness Management, or a closely related clinical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical operations or clinic/wellness management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a luxury wellness resort, destination spa, medical wellness retreat, or premium health clinic (e.g. Chiva-Som, RAKxa, Kamalaya, SHA, Six Senses, or comparable).
• Proven ability to operate beyond a pure clinic silo — evidence of integrating clinical services with fitness, spa, nutrition, or broader wellness programming.
• Strong English (written and spoken). Thai language proficiency highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Thai healthcare regulatory environment, or demonstrated ability to learn rapidly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Additional qualification in hospitality management, business management, or wellness management.
• Pre-opening, repositioning, or turnaround experience in a wellness or clinical environment.
• Familiarity with aesthetic medicine services (anti-aging, IV therapy, skin treatments) in a resort context.
• Experience managing or working alongside Health & Wellness Advisors in a guest-journey-based wellness model.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone who combines clinical credibility with genuine curiosity about holistic wellness. The ideal candidate instinctively asks how clinical findings can inform a guest’s fitness program, which spa treatments would support recovery, and what nutritional adjustments might complement a medical protocol. They are operationally rigorous, comfortable with SOPs and budgets, but equally at home in a guest case conference alongside a personal trainer and a health advisor. They lead by example, maintain high standards of integrity and accountability, and understand that in a luxury wellness resort, clinical excellence and hospitality warmth are complementary — not competing — values.
Critically, the successful candidate must be able to confidently recommend wellness services directly to guests — understanding the full range of clinical, fitness, spa, and nutritional offerings well enough to guide guests toward the right combination of services for their individual needs. This is not a back-office role; it requires a genuine comfort with guest interaction and the ability to translate clinical knowledge into accessible, compelling wellness recommendations.
