Position : Guest Experience Officer

Job Detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome VIP and returning guests, build strong relationships, and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Contact guests prior to arrival to understand their preferences, special occasions, and coordinate customized setups.
- Proactively gather guest feedback, handle complaints immediately with care, and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Provide expert recommendations on hotel facilities, dining options, local attractions, and coordinate special arrangements or excursions.

Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only.
- Minimam 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Concierge within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent command of English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Service-minded, outgoing personality, grooming-conscious, and passionate about creating "Wow" moments for guests.
