Position : Property Sales Executive

Job Detail

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.

2. At least 4-5 years of work experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in high-end residential properties.

3. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak Thai, Chinese, or Russian will be considered a significant advantage.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, management capability, and a positive, results-oriented attitude.

5. Familiarity with the Thai property market, foreign ownership rules, and sales processes.
Based in or willing to relocate to Phuket, Thailand.
