- ทักษะภาษา: สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) หากได้ภาษาที่สามจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใจรักบริการ (Service Minded): มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีละเอียดรอบคอบ - มีความละเอียดสูงในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจอง ยืนยันข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ (อีเมล, โทรศัพท์) ให้ถูกต้องตามความต้องการของลูกค้าไหวพริบแก้ไขปัญหา
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีภายใต้สภาวะกดดันการสื่อสาร
