Position : Sale Executive

Job Detail

- ldentify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities from corporate, government, travel agents, wholesalers, and MICE segments.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental goals.
- Update client databases and maintain accurate records in the sales system.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Events, - Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and sales missions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Promote all hotel facilities, including guestrooms, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, and special packages.
- Comply with IHG policies, brand standards, and hotel procedures.
