Job Detail

-มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสำรองห้องพัก (Reservations) อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารโรงแรม
-มีความเข้าใจด้านการจัดการอัตราค่าห้อง (Rate Management), ช่องทางการขาย (OTA), การจัดสรรห้องพัก และการบริหารรายได้ (Revenue Management)
-สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจองและจัดทำรายงานได้
-มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
-มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
-สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
-มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดี
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถ----ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
