-มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกรรมหรือซ่อมบำรุงในธุรกิจโรงแรม อาคาร และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) ระบบประปา ระบบดับเพลิง ระบบลิฟต์ และระบบอาคาร
หากมี ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผน Preventive Maintenance และการบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงบประมาณและควบคุมต้นทุนด้านวิศวกรรม
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงานและประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ตัดสินใจ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมงานซ่อมบำรุง (CMMS) หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับที่ใช้ในการทำงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
