We are a locally based travel company and activity organizer in Krabi Thailand. We have over 15 years of experience in the travel tourism at Railay Beach and Krabi Town and know the area like the back of our hands. You can benefit from our inside knowledge of Krabi Province and Southern Thailand, which has something to offer for everyone.
ตำแหน่ง : Reservation Agent for Online Bookings
Responsibilities:
• Manage online bookings from A to Z
• Work with our highly sophisticated booking software "Hero Booking" made in-house
• Create customer invoices, chat online with our guests and manage availability
• Talk with customers on the phone and on WhatsApp
• Reply trip reviews
• Work closely with our local operators in Southern Thailand and international partners from overseas
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality (Age between 23-35)
• Strong English skills, speaking, reading, writing and understanding
• Good computer skills, reading and writing emails
• Work productively and accurately
• Good attitude and enthusiastic personality
• An independent problem solver
• Out-of-the-box thinker
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related fields

• Work from everywhere within Thailand after initial 3 months on-site training in Krabi
