The Client Service Manager will play an integral role in the company and will form the key conduit role between the clients (resorts, restaurants etc) and the temporary/part-time staff.

The successful applicant will be Thai and have good customer service and organisational and administration skills and the ability to communicate on a range of levels (senior client staff, temporary staff on our database and the owners/executives of Nuobello Hospitality Staffing).

We expect the applicant to have very good English skills and strong IT skills.

The role will be hands-on at first, however, we envisage the successful candidate to be recruiting a team of client service executives as well as a finance team within a relatively short space of time. As such, the applicant will have experience managing a team, knowledge of financial and management systems, and the ability to understand budgets and management accounts (Profit and Loss Statements and balance sheets).
