ตำแหน่ง : Customer Support & Onboarding Executive
-2–3 years’ experience in hotel operations, reservations, front office, revenue, or customer support
-Experience with Booking Engines, Channel Managers, PMS, or hotel systems preferred
-Background in hospitality tech, OTA, or online travel industry is a plus
-Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, and ability to support digital systems
-Able to conduct client onboarding, training, and after-sales support
-Basic knowledge of website back-end, CMS, or SEO/SEM is an advantage
-Good communication skills in English and Thai
-Service-minded, well-organized, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
-Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure
-Willing to work outside office hours and travel when required
-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
