รายละเอียด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเรื่องรายการซ่อมรถและประเมินราคาซ่อม
- ประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงานซ่อมกับทีมช่างยนต์
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานซ่อมและแจ้งอัพเดตให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- ส่งมอบรถที่ซ่อมเรียบร้อยแล้วให้กับลูกค้า
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อม (เปิด job, ปิด job) และจัดการงานระบบข้อมูล

คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Service Advisor 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- ขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์-เสาร์)
- หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้าง จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
