Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations or a supervisory role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Language Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in a third language (e.g., French, Chinese, or Russian) is a significant advantage.

Leadership & Decision Making: Strong leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions independently, especially when acting as the senior manager on duty.

-Problem-Solving: Proven track record in effective conflict resolution and guest complaint handling with a "can-do" attitude.

-Service Mindset: Deep understanding of luxury service standards (French "Art de Vivre") and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

-Technical Skills: Proficient in Hotel Management Systems (ideally Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

-Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with all departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, etc.)
