PRICE & ANALYSIS OFFICER
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare contract price tables and Uploads into the system.Check the system with Tour Operator and fix conflicts if any.Check transfer rates with Operation Department and upload into the system.Upload Room Allotments into the systemCheck Special Price Offer sent by hotel and upload into the system.Prepare necessary reports and share with Contracting Department to maximize hotel sales.Contact with hotels in case of any discrepancy on the invoices and ask for the necessary revisions.Work co-ordinally with Contracting, Reservation and Accounting DepartmentsParticipate in trainings deemed necessary by the company.Follow the written and verbal instructions given by the manager. Fulfills assigned tasks on time

** SKILLS**

-Must have Thai as a native language

-Advance written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English languages.

-University Degree (Tourism will be desirable)

-Personality traits ; Good attitude, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

-Service Skills; Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work closely with Teammates and other departments in a complex multinational company

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.
