Urgent - Experienced Architect (Thai Nationals Only) - Real Estate Developer - Phuket

SKHAI is seeking an experienced Architect with an established portfolio to work on its future villa development projects across Thailand. Successful candidates are proficient in technical drawings and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare projects master plans, sections, elevations and 3D visualization.
Assess projects feasibility.
Design villa concept floor plans based on customer requirements.
Review construction drawings.
Draw with Autocad and other architecture software.
Evaluate technical documents and drawings from contractors / bidders.
Assist on project monitoring during construction, check conformity.
Ensure that designs comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Architecture.
Expert in Autocad and other Architecture software. Excellent technical drawing skills.
Business proficient in English and Thai, written and spoken. Good communication skills.
Proficient in Thai building regulations.
Energetic, creative, and quick thinker, persistent and well-organized.
