Key skills
1.High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2.At least 3-4 years of experience in retail supermarket’s fresh departments- meat, seafood or comparable food service experience
3.Knowledge of Meat Cuts: Familiarity with different meat cuts, their characteristics, uses, and cooking methods.
4.Food Safety and Hygiene: Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures to prevent contamination.
5.Consultative selling skills preferred.
6.Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills
7.Basic English skill for communication

Responsibilities
1.Sell premium Butchery product by providing remarkable customer service at counter.
2.Provide product expertise and sales support for all aspects of the Butchery product, including promotional opportunities, product information, suggested pricing, competitive information, and menu ideas
3.Drive Butchery product KPI, including Sales Growth, Category Penetration, Shrinkage, and Customer feedback
4.Educating and assisting customers at the Butchery counter
5.Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services at the counter
6.Ensure the visually appealing meat displays, showcasing the freshness and quality of the products.
7.Implement food safety and sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe work environment.
