1. วางเเผนเเละเขียนเเผนการทำงานโปรเจคอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อนำเสนอต่อลูกค้าเเละนักลงทุนได้
2. ติดต่อเอเจ่นซี่ outsource เพื่อโปรโมทเเคมเปญต่างๆ ในงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์
3. สามารถวางเเผนขั้นตอนการทำการตลาดอสังหาริมทพรัพย์
4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5.มีความรู้เเละความเข้าใจการโฆษณา Facebook, Google ads

**เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 40,000-50,000 บาท เเละคอมมิชชั่น

Job responsibility
1. Brand social media management, expert personality management, shopping guide planning copywriting, and brand marketing activity planning and execution.
2. Digital advertising (Facebook, Google) operations and advertising effectiveness optimization.
3. KOL/KOC cooperation negotiation, strategy formulation and performance tracking.
4. Market data collection and analysis (competing products/trends)

Job Requirements:
1.working ability proposal and presentation skills, advertising production planning and execution, marketing strategy formulation, advertising plan/copywriting
2. Candidates who are familiar with Phuket and Thailand’s real estate market and have certain resources will be given priority.
3. College degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the sales industry.
4. Good online and offline planning and promotion capabilities and project execution capabilities, strong communication and adaptability; practical and conscientious. Hard-working. Have market development spirit;
5. Understanding of online marketing, quick thinking, clear thinking, and unique insights into Internet promotion;
6. Good logical thinking ability, strong sense of work responsibility and initiative, teamwork spirit, good learning ability and innovation ability;

Monthly salary: starting from 40,000-50,000, project bonus can be shared, the project bonus can be as high as 5 million baht or more.
