** Cluster Director of Marketing (1) **
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Dinso Resort to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and publish engaging content on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and complaints and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Scout for impact KOLs, influencers, and bloggers to collaborate with Dinso Resort.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media campaigns and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve social media marketing efforts.
- Generate ideas for impactful promotions and content strategy, which are aligned with the tone and voice of resort.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials with the in-house graphic designer.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing, SEAL commercial team at IHG and external agencies to ensure that funds are spent on sponsored advertising, SEO, SEM.
- Collaborate and create content with other related F&B outlets to grow awareness.
- Promote the resort in the local market, maintain a database of customers and engage with them to drive business.
- Engage with regular clients of the resort to market special offers and events.
- Assist Director of Marketing in terms of the other marketing activities.
- Manage the CMS of IHG brand website and individual brand website.
- Work on press, PR, media release and barter collaborations for the highest possible awareness.

- Build robust relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and luxury travel clientele.
- Proactively analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to optimize sales strategies
