Job Role: Sales & Operation Administrator
Qualification
At least 1 – 2 years experience in vacation rental or hotel receptionist, Guest relation
Good English speaking, reading & writing is a must
- THAI National only
- Willing to multitask when needed.
Job description roles and responsibilities
To provide the best possible service to all guests, and all villa owners according to their need and satisfaction before arrival, during stay until the end. Ensuring less complaint and Enhance guest and owner satisfaction by assisting with request and dealing with compliant. Work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Daily duties
• Check-in/out tenant at the properties.
• Prepare document for tenant registration, electricity and water meter record on check in and check out date and collect the bill payment from tenant during check out.
• 3- 5 days before each booking arrival, reach out to the tenant by sending email, OTA inbox or contact by phone number in order to introduce yourself as a person who will take care the tenant during their stay, giving information to tenant need to know before arrival (Asking for arrival time, inform Check in and check out time, Deposit up on arrival, Villa location, Airport transfer arrangement and etc.)
• Special arrangement and making sure all amenities set up is arranged by all concerned for arrival client, VIP, Owner, if Birthday, Anniversary or any special occasion during stay.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding cash deposit to keep in company safety box and to take it out and return to the tenant on move out date.
• Giving client information concerned all facilities, Wifi password, guest Condition during the stay, and additional services provided during the check in process, showing guest all rooms, explaining in room amenities and facilities.
• Inform the client during check in for the channel of contact for the assistance or questions during stay .
• Assist with request and dealing with compliant, coordinate and follow up with concerned department to ensure the request and compliant is completed and solve according to guest or owner need. Always Inform client and owner after the request or issue has been completed and solved.
• Recording all issues which tenants may get during rental period at property and pass them to concerned department and always informed OM.
• Providing help and advice to client communicating courteously by telephone, email, chats and face-to-face.
• checking and coordinating with taxi company in case of airport transfer pick up request.
• To ensure that all check-out keys are returned back to the office .
• Farewell to client and giving out company business card every time by inform client to contact FAZWAZ directly for next visit.
• Learning about Fawaz ‘s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
• Assist GM and OM in day to day operations when required.
