ABOUT THE ROLE
-Lead and manage all engineering operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all hotel facilities.
-Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all systems including MEP, guest rooms, and public areas.
-Manage engineering budget, cost control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
-Lead renovation projects, upgrades, and CapEx planning.
-Manage and develop the engineering team to maintain high performance and service standards.


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant Chief Engineer or 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer
-Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety).
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Good command of English (spoken) and Thai language required
