Job Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Lead Management: Manage all leads within Salesforce, ensuring leads are accurately captured, allocated, and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Inquiry Response and Viewing Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, providing detailed and prompt responses. Schedule and coordinate viewings for potential buyers.
• Sales Line Rotation Management: Oversee the rotation of the sales line, ensuring it is handled in a fair and unbiased manner to optimize sales opportunities and team morale.
• Marketing Execution: Implement and manage both online and offline marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and traditional advertising.
• Leverage Existing Networks: Utilize Trisara's extensive customer database to actively generate interest and drive traffic to Tri Vananda. This task must be approached with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism. Develop tailored communication strategies that resonate with the established client base while aligning with the luxurious brand image of both Trisara and Tri Vananda. Ensure all outreach efforts adhere to the highest standards of customer service, mirroring the expectations Trisara clients are accustomed to. By maintaining these standards, aim to enhance client satisfaction and ensure a seamless transition in client engagement, effectively avoiding any potential complaints. Employ data-driven insights to refine outreach approaches continuously, ensuring maximum effectiveness and minimal disruption to the customer experience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Lead the analytics to monitor and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Client and Market Insights: Continuously research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Requirement and Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong background in the Real Estate, particularly in the Luxury residential sector.
• Exceptional creativity, along with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen sense of creative aesthetics, with a genuine interest in electronics.
• Optimistic and positive thinking with a natural ability to foresee industry trends and act proactively.
