-Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed.
• Possess strong experience in E-Commerce and Hotel Revenue Management.
• Very well experience in the usage of Channel Manager – SiteMinder, hotel PMS – Comanche,
Reservations system, OTA Extranets & B2C Platforms.
• A good team player and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written & verbal English.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office

Job Description - Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Daily monitor rates and inventory on OTAs and other online distribution channels i.e. B2C
platforms including Hotel’s website to make sure our rates and inventory are always available,
up-to-date and competitive in the market.
• Regularly check hotel content, images on OTAs and B2C platforms including hotel’s website to
make sure all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Monitoring and optimizing channel mix to maximize revenue across different platforms.
• Work with the Reservations team to manage room inventory during critical periods, ensuring
the hotel maximizes its revenue.
• Work with the E-Commerce & Revenue team to analyzing market trends and competitor pricing
to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies on various channels.
• Work with the Revenue team to maximize room revenue by utilizing yield management
techniques.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on online marketing initiatives and website functionality.
• Create or join promotional/campaigns regularly on all Online Distribution Channels.
• Assisting in measuring, analyzing, and reporting e-Commerce performances and suggesting
tactics improvements and new activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTAs to enhance hotel listings and visibility.
• Find an opportunity and expand hotel to other possibility Online Channels/Platforms to help
generate more revenue to the hotel.
