We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRO to support our operations team. This role will act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal department to ensure all maintenance activities are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Position: Customer Relation Officer
• Location: Based at The Surin Park
• 2 days off per week (Working day)
• Salary: 20,000 - 23,000+
• Lunch and phone allowances
• Public Holiday + Annual leave

• Social security

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administration, facilities, or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Thai.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or other facility management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Service-minded attitude with a professional and positive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
