1.Manage and ensure smooth and efficient operations in the assigned areas
2.To assign responsibilities to Villa attendants & Valets.
3.The employees have to ensure that the amenities, stationary, linen and towels are up to par stock as well as quarterly general inventory.
4.To supervise the work of the room attendant and check after they have completed their task.
5.Ensure that all the public areas around the Villa are in perfect condition.
6.Ensure that the Villas meet the standards of the hotel and the hygiene is excellent.
7.Ensure that all the subordinate staff performs duties in accordance with hotel’s policy.
8.Work in cooperation with Villa Manager in providing orientation for the Villa attendants.
9.Develop operating standards that set apart the hotel from competitor and even exceed them.
10.Supervise a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all service area.
11.Train all the new staff and provide a regular training to Villa attendants to improve job performance and meet hotel standard.
12.Assist with performance appraisal of all Villa attendants and prepare guideline and time frame for improvement.
13.Participate in all staff training and meeting when directed by Villa Manager.
14.Perform training following the plan.
15.Update standard and procedure of the Villa Department..
16.Involved in budgeting and forecasting regarding the Villa housekeeping. As well as cost saving campaign.
