1. Chief Engineer
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Experience with energy management and cost control.
- Knowledge of local safety and building regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance expenses.
2. Engineer Supervisor
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident to communicate with various people from different backgrounds
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Good problem-solving abilities
3. General Engineer
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident to communicate with various people from different backgrounds
• Great attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities
