หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

หน้าที่ช่วยงาน:
- ช่วยพนักงานเสิร์ฟในการทำความสะอาดโต๊ะและรักษาความสะอาดในพื้นที่ของ Kids Club

หน้าที่ในการควบคุม:

The Kids Club Assistant supports the daily operations of the Kids Club at OTO Kids Park. This role involves helping with cleaning, supervising children, and assisting the Kids Club Attendant in various tasks. The Kids Club Assistant ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Duties:
- Assist waitstaff in cleaning tables and maintaining a tidy environment in the Kids Club.
- Supervise children in the play area, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help prepare materials for special activities and events.
- Assist the Kids Club Attendant in conducting activities and games for children.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Monitor children’s behavior and ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Address minor issues and report any concerns to the Kids Club Attendant or Supervisor.
- Ensure toys and play materials are properly organized and put back in their designated places after use.

Customer Interaction:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about Kids Park services and activities as needed.

Other Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in training sessions organized at OTO Kids Park to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
